MY DREAM CAR!

So, as I mentioned in my previous post, we were all given a topic and were supposed to find a blog and a website and my topic was 'cars'. YAWN.
So i've decided to twist the topic slightly.

MY DREAM CAR

Hell yeah.
Pink Audi TT.

It would constantly smell of strawberries, and maybe bubblegum on the weekends.
In my dream car, I wouldn't have to drive. It would have a voice box I speak to and it just takes me where I want to go ...  "Far, far away.."

Mmmm.

It would also have a little fridge, under the seats. With chocolate cake.
And Brad Pitt would constantly live in the front seat.

If they sold these on
www.audi.com I'd be a regular visitor of this site!

WHAT IS A BLOG?!

So, our ict teacher (the very lovely Mandy) asked us to research and find the difference between a webiste, and a blog.
I didn't know what a blog was before this task.
Since we're a class full of girls, we were given a topic each that we should not know much about such as football, rugby and much to my despair, my topic was 'cars'. CARS?!
All I know about cars is you open the little thing on the side to give it food and the disney movie about talking cars?

Yeah that one. This character is called Mcqueen :)

So being me, I typed into google 'Cars' and nothing much useful came up! So I restriced the search to what would be my dream car.. (audi TT in bright pink) and typed in 'Audi' and this is what came up! Have a snoop:
http://www.audi.co.uk/
I found this website very matter of fact, not much opinion, slightly boring with no clue what 'cambelt', or 'DPF' means. So then I went back to my good old friend google, and typed in 'car blog'. And this, very impressive blog came up http://www.carblog.co.uk/
I think you'd have to be a car lover to truely appreciate this blog. But the differences between the website and the blog were easy to establish.
The blog was opinionated, included the audience, used lots of pictures and was much easier to read then the information given on the website. They used easy words like 'steering' and 'dashboard'. I understood these words. The blog is also contantly updated, whilst the website only seems to be updated when Audi releases a new model (The newest being the R8 fyi - learn something new everyday!).
